Clinton Square

This three and a half story mixed-use space included retail storefront with upper level office space. The 24,000 square foot building was built over Calhorn Creek, and involved detailed coordination with the civil engineer team. Previous to the Clinton Square building, the site was occupied by four existing buildings. The new structure takes hints from the architecture that previously stood in it's place with a façade resembling three structures to blend with the vernacular of the streetscape.
