Know for it's elegant design and classy reputation, the Brown Derby opened in downtown Albany in 2008. Featuring high-end interior finishes and recreations of the Brown Derby's signature leather booths, the 3,500 square foot space included provisions for incorporating artifacts from the original fine-dining restaurants into the design of the interior. The yellow-brick three-story building went through a cut-rehab, as it was a former Salvation Army building. The venture totaled over one million dollars.
