Featured Project: Saratoga St Apartments - Cohoes, NY

C2 Design was hired to provide architectural design services for two new three story apartment buildings located in Cohoes on Saratoga Street. The design of the proposed buildings and surrounding site posed a challenge because of the existing grade that slopes up 14 feet starting at the Saratoga street side back to the rear property line. The sloping site was used to bench the building into it enabling the ground floor to be used for underground parking for future tenants.
